The 2009 ABC National Safety Excellence and National Safety Merit Awards recognize companies whose safety performance and programs are judged to be exemplary and exhibit a lasting commitment to jobsite safety.
National Safety Excellence and National Safety Merit Awards are based on data submitted via STEP Platinum applications, interviews with company safety directors and owners and site visits by ABC representatives. Award categories are based on total work-hours per calendar year and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.
Winners will receive their awards at the Excellence In Construction (EIC) Gala at the ABC National Convention in San Diego, CA, February 2010.
