Join us as we explore contractual relationships, key provisions, and responsibilities of both parties when entering these agreements. Attendees of this course will explore special issues of interest including warranties, guarantees and consequential damage provisions. In addition, attendees will become familiar with AIA bid bond, performance bond and payment bond forms and how to use them effectively with subcontractors.

This course will be taught from the perspective of the Contractor but is also beneficial to subcontractors unfamiliar with AIA Contract Documents or subcontractors who desire to establish better contractual relationships with their lower tier subcontractors.
