As an integral part of our annual convention, craft students from chapters and member firm training programs around the country participate in the National Craft Championships.

Join us for a special weekend of competition and achievement at the 2010 National Craft Championships.
During this intense two-day event, young men and women compete in one of 14 competitions, representing 13 trades:

| Instrumentation Fitting | | Sheet Metal |
| Insulation | | Welding: Pipe |
| Masonry | | Welding: Structural |
Each competition includes a written exam and a practical performance test. Medals and cash prizes are then awarded to the top finishers within each competition.

To better address the ways in which the construction industry is now training, the event features:
Two distinct welding competitions, Pipe Welding and Structural Welding.
Revised eligibility criteria.
The 2010 National Craft Championships Guidebook will be published in August 2009.
