  • See that company policies on harassment are current and that all employees are informed of the company policy
  • Be familiar with business law as it pertains to Human Resources
  • Maintain accurate records of employee separation issue and be prepare to act on behalf of the company in any legal proceedings
  • Understand and implement proper labor relations guidelines and prepare all necessary documentation to support these efforts
Compliance for Human Resources
  • Keep full and accurate records pertaining to all compliance issues
  • Stay current on worker compensation issues and have full working knowledge of company's responsibilities and coverage
  • See that the company is in compliance with all Federal/State Human Resources related requirements
  • Monitor company and employee license requirements and maintain necessary documentation support license approvals
  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits analysis
  • Participate as required in contract negotiations
  • Aggressively research and understand available options to all compliance issues
EEO for Human Resources
  • See that the company EEO plan is current and meets all Federal and State requirements
  • Maintain accurate EEO records
  • Actively recruit employees to fill necessary EEO requirements
Training for Human Resources
  • Develop company training programs as needed, track, and document employee training results
  • Develop reimbursement policies as required to support training programs
  • Develop and circulate a checklist for advancement
