BURY THE DEATH TAX

In 2001, Congress temporarily repealed the Estate Tax-- the Death Tax-- which reduces estate tax rates and increases the exemption every year until the tax is repealed entirely during 2010. The Death Tax returns to its full 55 percent in 2011.
