In order to participate in ABC PAC, we must first receive your prior authorization. Under Federal Election Commission regulations, ABC PAC may not accept contributions from any individual unless the member company has given written permission to do so. Signing this form allows ABC PAC to communicate with you and your colleagues, concerning PAC activities and to accept a contribution.
Federal law requires members to sign this prior authorization form in order for the executive or administrative personnel of the member corporation to be solicited by ABC PAC. The company may not approve a solicitation by any other trade association for these years.
To authorize ABC PAC to solicit voluntary contributions from the executive and administrative personnel and stockholders of my company , either complete and submit the following form online or download it by clicking here and send it to ABC National.
