About the Speakers

Reggie Jones, chair of Fox Rothschild LLP's Government Contracts and Procurement Practice, represents clients nationwide in federal and state government contracts and construction law matters. He assists client with risk management and claims avoidance, litigation and dispute resolution. Jones possesses a comprehensive knowledge of various federal agencies and is well-versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the False Claims Act, the Truth in Negotiations Act and the Contract Disputes Act. He routinely advises clients on issues such as teaming arrangements on federal small business set-asides, compliant federal small business contracting plans, Buy American Act compliance, past performance review challenges, False Claims Act defense, wrongful termination challenges and debarment proceedings. Jones is a partner in the firm's Washington, DC office and can be reached at rjones@foxrothschild.com.       



Douglas Hibsham, associate of Fox Rothschild LLP, represents clients in construction law and government contract matters, with a particular focus on federal government contract issues.
