
ABC's
provides pleadings, briefs and legal case summaries to labor and employment attorneys representing construction industry employers who join the ABC Attorneys Council.
The password-protected online library, available at abc.org/lawlibrary will be updated with new cases on an ongoing basis. Currently, the Library contains more than 40 cases funded by the Construction Legal Rights Foundation.
Attorneys can access the library after joining the Attorneys Council. Annual membership is available at the flat, annual rate of $325 per attorney. In addition to access to the Library and its documents, Council members will receive email notifications regarding case updates, as well as a on their 2009 Attorneys Conference registration.
