ATTORNEYS COUNCIL INFORMATION

About the Library

ABC's Attorneys Council Law Library provides pleadings, briefs and legal case summaries to labor and employment attorneys representing construction industry employers who join the ABC Attorneys Council.

The password-protected online library, available at abc.org/lawlibrary will be updated on an ongoing basis. Currently, the Library contains more than 40 cases funded by the Construction Legal Rights Foundation.

Attorneys can access the library after joining the Attorneys Council. Annual membership is available at a flat, annual rate of $325 per attorney. For group/firm rates, please inquire at legal@abc.org.

Attorneys Conference

ABC's Attorneys Conference is the premier conference for attorneys counseling merit-shop contractors.

The 2010 conference will be held December 1-3 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ.
