CLRF supports legal efforts aimed at preserving and advancing merit construction principles. To request legal assistance from CLRF, please refer to the
application instructions. Then, complete the form as requested, and return to the CLRF Administrator (details at bottom of application). To learn about the payment process, please refer to
payment procedures.
In addition to legal cases, the Foundation funds ABC chapter campaigns to educate the public on the benefits of merit shop competition and the disadvantages of project labor agreements.
Funding for Emergency PLA challenges can be also be obtained. ABC staff can help members and chapters apply. Also see the Put Freedom to Work materials designed for these campaigns.
