- Prepare a complimentary, confidential review of a company’s eligibility for tax credits
- Present the findings to the company and its accounting firm
- Work with ABC members on a contingent fee basis
- Waive any set-up fees
- Only be compensated from a share of any credits that a company receives
- Guarantee accuracy in the administration of the various tax incentive programs and will refund any fees if any tax credits are disallowed
