Due to the Federal Government’s shutdown, the NCPPP and Association of Defense Communities’ Federal Energy workshop will now be held December 10-11 in Arlington, Va. The meeting will focus on the use of public-private partnerships (P3s) and how they play a role in a range of federal government energy program objectives.

The program includes speakers from the White House, Congress, the Defense Department and industry officials from the private sector, who work with current and planned federal energy programs.

With increased importance placed on energy production, the workshop will cover recent developments within the federal government and allow attendees to hear from some of the most knowledgeable sources in the industry.

The NCPPP will be holding a workshop in November focusing specifically on public construction projects in Florida, covering the new statute in the state and the methods for its use for projects from education to water, and a host of other infrastructures. Early registration ends on Oct. 16
