GENERAL MOTORS WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER DISCOUNTS TO ABC MEMBERS (06/10/2009)

CLP Resources ABC members can continue to take advantage of the discounts on General Motors (GM) vehicles offered through the ABC Business Partner program, despite news that the company has declared bankruptcy. In a letter sent to ABC, GM stated it intends to honor its ABC discount agreement for ABC members.

Under ABC’s GM discount program, ABC members are eligible for discounts on GM 2008 and 2009 model year vehicles of up to $500 on cars, $500 to $1,000 on trucks, and $2,000 on cargo vans. These discounts may be combined with most other GM incentives already in place.

The program is available to both non-fleet and fleet customers, allowing all ABC members, regardless of the number of vehicles in their fleet, to take advantage of the discounts. Savings for ABC members are compatible with most other GM business or consumer incentive programs in effect at time of delivery.
