DOL IS SEEKING COMMENTS ON ITS STRATEGIC PLAN (03/24/2010)
CLP Resources The Department of Labor (DOL) March 20 released a draft of its 2010-2016 strategic plan and is seeking input from stakeholders. To view the plan and submit comments, visit the DOL website.  

In addition to DOL’s agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, have submitted plans outlining how they will support the vision and goals of the Secretary of Labor outlined in the DOL strategic plan.

All federal agencies are required to develop a multi-year strategic plan and update that plan every three years.  DOL intends to have a final version of its strategic plan posted for public comment and review by July and it must have the plan in place by September 30, 2010.
