The President will report directly to the Chapter Board of this highly regarded and successful chapter. The chapter serves 500 members, has a budget of $1.2mm and a staff of 8 including part time personnel. The current President is retiring after 13 years of recognized accomplishments. The chapter board is comprised of 23 member representatives and has a long history of serving the national organization as well as providing superior member services through its staff in support of free enterprise values. Headquarters are located in suburban Philadelphia and occupy a new, totally owned, attractive facility.

The President will supervise: V.P. Educational Services, V.P. Membership Services, V.P. Events & Administration, Manager- Public Relations, Educational Coordinator, and part time Bookkeeper, and part time Business Development leader, and be responsible for total operations which feature particular strengths in membership and board quality leadership, strong, regionally recognized training capability and excellent governmental relationships.

Going forward, emphasis will focus on continuing strong, staff and operational management, leadership in providing high quality services to members, leadership in chapter development and leadership in legislative matters at local and regional levels.

The chosen candidate will have demonstrated successful experience, ideally running a non- profit, membership organization serving multiple, changing bosses at the board level. Honesty, integrity and solid intellect with a strong servant leadership orientation is critical in continuing the established traditions of this chapter.

Compensation is composed of a base salary of 6 figures with the opportunity for significant bonus, full benefits and all auto expenses.

Established chapter seeks energetic, self-starting and creative individual to serve as Construction Safety Specialist, a full-time staff position. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of commercial/industrial construction. Safety experience is a plus, and ABC will provide additional training and certification. Adult training, marketing, organizational and communication experience are also important as well as computer skills.
