The ABC Chapter Presidents' Council is comprised of all Chapter Presidents within the federation. The Presidents' Council meets four times each year: at Convention; at Legislative Conference; at Chapter Presidents Management Conference; and at Institute. The Council elects a Chair-elect each year and also members from each region to serve on the Chapter Presidents' Executive Committee. Several presidents serve as liaisons between National Committees and the Council. A list of those committee liaisons is found by accessing the Committee Liaisons List and Reports link.
