Hotel Room Rates and Reservation Deadline
Rooms have been reserved for BizCon attendees at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, located directly next to the Waldorf.
The room block is contracted through Friday, January 21, 2011; however, space is limited and rooms at the discounted rate are not guaranteed through this date once the room block is full.

Room Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Your room is held by credit card guarantee. Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty; after that, one night's room fee will be charged.
Check-in and Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Self-Parking is complimentary. Valet parking is available for $20 plus tax.

In late February the average high in Orlando is about 72 degrees and the average low is 54 degrees. Meeting spaces are often chilly, so please dress accordingly. The dress code for this meeting is business or business casual.
BizCon Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by December 17, 2010, will receive a full refund. Cancellations for a full registration made between December 17, 2010, and December 27 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be given after December 27, 2010, and refunds will not be given for no-shows after the Conference. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
