Greg Schniegenberg, chief operations officer for Royal Electric Co., Sacramento, California, is the Pacific* region vice chair of Associated Builders and Contractors. His active involvement in the ABC NorCal chapter includes a notable two-year term as the chair of the board of directors, along with various other leadership roles.

With a background spanning more than two decades in the industry, Schniegenberg commenced his career as a project engineer with Helix Electric Inc. in 2000. Progressing through diverse leadership roles, he achieved promotions to vice president in 2016 and senior vice president in 2021. In 2022, Schniegenberg assumed the role of overseeing all construction operations at Royal Electric to formulate a strategic growth plan for the company nationally.

Schniegenberg is an active contributor to various community organizations, including Little League, and a founding member of the Morgan Amelia Foundation, which helps children diagnosed with Dravet syndrome.

Schniegenberg earned a bachelor’s in construction management from the University of Cincinnati.
