Formerly, he was the director of global supplier diversity at Marriott International, where he established and supported the strategic direction, development, implementation and management of Marriott’s world-class supplier diversity program. He is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory,® the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence in individuals or organizations.

As the vice president of supplier diversity at Disability:IN,™ Patricia J. Richards is oversees programs and initiatives that support disability supplier inclusion in corporate and government supply chains, providing certification for businesses owned by veterans with disabilities, service-disabled veterans and other entrepreneurs with disabilities and equipping them with critical knowledge to grow and sustain their businesses in today’s marketplace. She has 25 years of experience building corporate supplier diversity and diversity outreach programs.
Cami Turcotte
Manager, Certification and Supplier Engagement, Disability:IN®
Cami Turcotte is the manager of certification and supplier engagement at Disability:IN.® She is responsible for identifying and marketing to firms that maybe a good fit for Disability:IN’s Supplier Diversity Program, as well as working with firms to ensure they are connecting and promoting their certification. She is the spouse of a retired naval flight officer and understands many of the challenges presented to those who have served.
