Tauhira Ali, Construction Technology Group Manager
Ali brings more than 15 years of R&D and product design experience to her at Milwaukee Tool, where she is responsible for exploring construction trends and emerging technologies to drive practical, user-focused solutions. Previously, she held R&D positions in the computing, automotive, aerospace, robotics and public relations industries. In addition to her passion for product development, Ali is committed to expanding and empowering all voices within technical industries, and works closely with women-focused groups and industry organizations, as well as Habitat for Humanity.
Simeon Terry, Vice President, Diversity Affairs
Simeon Terry is a 30-year industry veteran and has spent the past 20 years managing diversity programs at Austin Commercial, a 2019 ABC National Diversity Excellence Award winner. In his current role, he oversees the company’s Diversity and Inclusion program, which includes cultural competency education, diversity compliance, affirmative action, recruitment, mentoring and business procurement diversity.
