Dave Bolderoff, Fleet Manager, Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, 2020-2021 AEMP Chair of the Board
Dave Bolderoff manages a diverse fleet of 1,200 assets based in 20 facilities across Los Angeles County, ranging from on-highway maintenance utility trucks to heavy mobile equipment. He manages the facility maintenance for three Material Recovery Facilities, including all processing, sorting and baling equipment and the transportation and dispatch activities for approximately 3,500 tons of refuse daily and commodities from MRFs to disposal locations.

Cameron Clark, Earthmoving Director for the Civil Engineering and Construction Division, Trimble Civil Construction
Clark Cameron has more than 19 years of construction industry experience with Trimble and Trimble’s joint venture, Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies. Cameron has held positions as an application specialist an worked on product support and in product management, driving the needs of the end users into sellable solutions. Cameron is currently responsible for Trimble’s machine control solutions applicable to all contractors in the earthmoving industry.

Jordan Hodges, Managing Director, Uptake
Jordan Hodges is the managing director for Uptake's dealer business unit with responsibilities for all product, sales and operations. Jordan has more than 15 years’ experience in the heavy equipment distribution and technology sectors with specializations in fleet condition monitoring and inventory optimization.

Norty Turner, Senior Vice President, Services and Advanced Solutions, United Rentals
Norty Turner and his team focus on building scalable and dedicated services and advanced solutions platforms, including United Academy, customer equipment service, customer fleet solutions and advanced solutions. Before joining United Rentals, Turner was CEO of Riwal, an international rental and sales specialist of aerial work platforms, telehandlers and power generators with 67 branch operations in 16 countries.

Russ Young, Vice President of Growth, Tenna
Russ Young oversees the growth strategy for Tenna by working with sales partners and customers to ensure success. He brings more than two decades of experience from Google, Amazon, Oracle and FMI in best practices for technology strategy, selection and adoption. Young provides thought leadership to the construction industry, emphasizing the importance of technology and picking the right tool for the job.
