Only One More Week to Register for Attorneys Conference

The outcome of the election means big regulatory changes are coming next year that are likely to severely impact merit shop contractors and their attorneys. Learn how to deal with the dangers that lie ahead during ABC’s Attorneys Conference, to be held Dec. 5-7, in Washington, D.C. Register now

The Attorneys Conference will include a special presentation by Mark Pearce, chairman of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), who will speak on new and upcoming developments at the NLRB. Additionally, Timothy Helm, chief, branch of government contracts enforcement at the U.S. Department of Labor – Wage and Hour Division, will discuss compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act, new developments and common “prevailing wage” mistakes made by federal contractors.
