With a new mobile app, the Illinois chapter of ABC has made access to their member directory, map of builders and event information available at the touch of a button. The app is free for download on the iPhone, but directory and event information is only available to members of the chapter.

Once the app is downloaded, the user is greeted with a quick introduction to the chapter and social media icons that direct to the Illinois chapter’s Facebook and Twitter pages. Both members and non-members can access the “Map of Builders” tab, which downloads a Google map and highlights member companies in the area, including a link to the company’s website.

There also is a “Member Login” option which then gives access to the “Members Only” tab. This includes the membership directory page and an events calendar.

In addition, the app contains locations and contact information for both ABC Illinois Chapter locations and a “feedback” tab that allows users to communicate with the chapter.

The app can be found by searching “Associated Builders and Contractors” in the app store.
