This Webinar will cover the New Confined Space Standard that was released by OSHA in 2015.  The presentation focuses on the Safety and Health Regulations for Construction specific to Confined Spaces in Construction in Subpart AA.   Topics will include: the new elements of 1926.1200 Standard, clarifications on 1910.146 Standard, and key improvements.   The value of this presentation will bring awareness to these changes contractors are faced with and how these elements impact safety compliance in a confined space.

 As the Competent Person Trainer for Excavation Safety and Confined Space Entry, Joe has been employed with the United Rentals Trench Safety Specialty Business for 12 years. He has held various leadership positions which include:  Trench Safety Specialist Representative, Branch Manager, District Sales Manager, and currently as a Customer Training Manager.  Joe has presented safety courses for Competent Person Training for the past 10 years and has a passion for delivering quality safety programs that serve to educate contractors on the standards and protective system solutions.
