Newly Revised 2017 AIA Contract Documents

In order to keep up with industry trends and important court decisions, every 10 years AIA Contract Documents are reviewed and updated. The major changes affecting contractors include a wholesale update of insurance requirements, which includes the introduction of an insurance and bonds exhibit, and the requirement of the Owner and Contractor to each provide the other with notice of impending or actual cancellation or expiration of insurance coverage.

How to Receive the Discount
  • Decide whether you’d like Annual Unlimited Access or a Custom Single Document
  • If you select Unlimited Access, choose the number of users and then “Buy Now”.
    • If you select a Custom Single Document, choose your document using the search box or “Browse all Documents” Once you’ve chosen your document click “Buy Now” and choose “yes” to the question “Do you want to edit or customize the legal language of this document
  • If you are a new customer, you will need to set up an account here.  Please use the email associated with your ABC membership when setting up an AIA.org account.
  • Log into your AIA account and the system should recognize your ABC account email address.  If not, call 800-942-7732 to complete your purchase
