The ABC National Inclusion, Diversity and Merit Excellence Awards recognize members that display exemplary IDM leadership in their company, workforce, supply chain and community with best-in-class recruitment policies, retention practices, training and mentoring.

In addition to recognition during ABC’s National Excellence in Construction® Awards, winners of the National Inclusion, Diversity and Merit Excellence Awards will be acknowledged by ABC throughout the year for their commitment to IDM. Award recipients will be showcased online, via email and in ABC’s Construction Executive magazine.

The winners of the 2024 ABC National Inclusion, Diversity and Merit Excellence Awards will be celebrated at the 35th Annual Excellence in Construction® Awards Gala in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Gala information coming soon!

Award winners are selected by a panel of diverse industry partner associations that share ABC’s commitment to grow and deliver value to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
