Roche Constructors Inc.

Sandra Roche, vice president and general counsel of Roche Constructors Inc., is the 2023 Mountain West* region vice chair of Associated Builders and Contractors. She has been an active member of ABC of Nevada since 1989 and the Rocky Mountain Chapter since 2002.

Roche has been with Roche Constructors, a family-owned commercial general contractor based in Greeley, Colorado, for nearly 30 years. Her duties include legal analysis; research and advice to all levels of the management team; risk assessment; contract negotiations; regulatory compliance and solutions to accomplish objectives; dispute resolutions; and relationship preservation.

Roche is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the U.S. Green Building Council, the United Way Women’s Leadership Council and the President’s Advisory Council for Nevada State College. Roche serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners Southern Nevada. She was appointed by then-Gov. Jim Gibbons (R) to the Nevada Occupational Safety & Health Review Board in 2010.

Roche graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s in history and earned a juris doctor at the University of Denver in Colorado.
