Brandon Mabile, corporate business development director for Performance Contractors Inc., Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is the chair-elect of the Associated Builders and Contractors Board of Directors. Previously, Mabile was the secretary and South Central region vice chair on the board, and he was named the ABC National Young Professional of the Year in 2020. In 2019, he served as chair of the Board of Directors of ABC Greater Houston.

Mabile’s work experience includes market intelligence and analysis, business development, government relations, industry relations, human resources, workforce development and recruiting and internal project management. He is a member of the Engineering and Construction Contracting Association's Executive Advisory Committee.
