Jessie Cannizzaro, master plumber and president of Milestone Plumbing Inc., Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, serves as the Midwest* region vice chair of Associated Builders and Contractors. She is a graduate of ABC of Wisconsin’s plumbing apprenticeship program, and her involvement with ABC spans more than 20 years in various roles across multiple companies.

Cannizzaro has served on the ABC of Wisconsin Board of Directors since 2021 and chaired the Board in 2024. She continues to serve on several ABC of Wisconsin committees and represents the chapter on the Wisconsin Apprenticeship Council and the Wisconsin Plumbing Committee.

Since founding Milestone Plumbing in 2011, Cannizzaro has implemented a training program that has successfully onboarded new ABC plumbing apprentices every year since 2014. She also volunteers in local schools to raise awareness of the skilled trades and the many opportunities these career pathways provide.

Cannizzaro holds a Wisconsin Master Plumber license and Wisconsin Cross Connection Control registration, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in business administration, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
