The construction industry has been slow to adopt new technologies. For many years, tech was seen as an optional add-on only for the most forward-thinking firms. However, that perception is changing and, in order to stay competitive, it’s imperative for every contractor to adopt tech solutions.

We’ll walk through the important steps to implementing the right software for your business by:

  • Determining the right time for a new tech solution
  • Identifying the pain points and selling the vision
  • Managing risk during implementation
  • Integrating adoption into business workflow

In addition, learn real life tips and experiences from Central Electric’s Chris Martinez to discover how they have implemented business software within their company and driven adoption.
