A jobsite can be fraught with logistical challenges. But, when builders, framers, and engineering professionals take a more holistic construction approach, such as the use of building systems, these challenges can be significantly reduced or even eliminated. This session will not only explore how applying building systems to your projects can solve common issues such as scheduling delays and material and labor shortages, but improve onsite efficiency and quality control, resulting in fewer callbacks and project delays.
We will review the use of standard framing details to speed up efficiencies both on the front end design of a project, but also during the construction phase. How these details are developed and implemented into the builder’s designs to improve overall cost efficiencies.
We will explore how the building system package can help with risk management to a builder and how it can keep the builder out of trouble to ensure a properly engineered building. We will discuss how to evaluate some of the costs of managing risk and the safety to workers on the job site.
THIS WEBINAR IS DESIGNED TO:
- Evaluate Building Systems packages in the bid stage
- Show you how to utilize manufactured building components to improve schedule and reduce risk
- Understand all of the potential savings with building systems
