ABOUT THE SPEAKERS 
 Karl Rajotte is the Product Manager of MEP Estimating for Viewpoint Construction Software and is responsible for overseeing the direction of the MEP Estimating, Viewpoint Pricer and Advanced Image Manager products. Karl Rajotte worked at Estimation, Inc. and Maxwell Systems (Acquired Estimation July, 2007) since October of 1982. His previous experience includes programming, IT, development management and executive management. Throughout his career, Mr. Rajotte has developed his expertise within the construction industry. Mr. Rajotte has also managed the development of the MEP product line and supervised a growing department dedicated to evolving and enhancing solutions for the construction industry. He is often sought as a knowledgeable resource on the importance and application of technology for construction professionals and authors various articles for industry publications.  Karl sits on the following councils:

 Michael Gillum has been with Viewpoint Construction Software for 20 years.  In his role as Product Manager-Viewpoint for Estimating, Mike oversees the ProContractor Estimating product lines for the company.  Prior to joining Viewpoint, Michael was an owner and Director of Research and Development for Quest Solutions Inc. In this position, Michael was charged with all new product development as well as enhancing existing products. He is a member of American Society of Professional Estimators, National Association of Home Builders, and Home Builders Association of Sarasota County, and has presented at events for each of these associations, in addition to multiple speaking engagements for trade shows and user conferences. Michael is also a published author on dozens of articles for numerous trade journals and is often a sought after resource for insights and commentary on important trends and technology developments affecting contractors and the industry at large.
