The ABC
Delaware Chapter and its members took part in a Mud Run on Sept. 22 to benefit the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware, earning the title of top corporate fundraising team by raising $13,895 for the cause.
This year’s
Delaware Mud Run, a 5K race with 17 muddy boot camp obstacles, brought out 4,000 runners, 167 volunteers, 52 sponsors and raised more than $312,000. One-hundred percent of the proceeds went to cancer research.
ABC staff, 13 member companies, friends and family came together to show how
ABC Cares about the community.
Fundraising for the event was organized throughout the year at their events, such as the chapter’s annual Crab Feast, where they sold more than $1,800 in raffle tickets. For more pictures from the event, visit the ABC Delaware
