JOB OVERVIEW
The Chapter Development Professional serves as a strategic partner and advisor to ABC chapters, advancing the association’s mission and long-range vision by fostering high-performing, sustainable chapters. This role is responsible for guiding and supporting chapter leaders, both volunteers and staff, through consulting, coaching, and resource development. Key areas of focus include chapter governance, strategic planning, volunteer engagement, workforce development, political advocacy, and membership growth.
