ABC Celebrates Supreme Court’s Recess Appointment Ruling

Washington, D.C. – Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) today celebrated the Supreme Court’s decision in National Labor Relations Board v. Noel Canning that President Obama unconstitutionally bypassed the U. S. Senate by appointing Sharon Block, Richard Griffin and Terrence Flynn to fill National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) vacancies.

ABC Craft Professional of the Year To Receive New Truck in Riverside

Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Tradesmen International, Chrysler Group LLC and the Trimmer Construction Education Foundation will honor ABC’s Craft Professional of the Year, Robert Stuart, this Friday at Stronghold Engineering’s office at 2000 Market Street in Riverside, Calif. Stuart, a superintendent at Stronghold Engineering was named ABC’s Craft Professional of the Year this May during ABC’s National Craft Championships and Workforce Development Conference in Birmingham, Ala.

ABC National Headquarters Among First to Certify Under New Green Globes Sustainable Interiors Program

The Green Building Initiative (GBI) today announced Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) national headquarters in Washington, D.C., is one of the first buildings to be certified under its new Green Globes for Sustainable Interiors (SI) program.
