ABC Files Suit Against NLRB’s Ambush Election Rule

Austin, Texas- Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Texas and the Central Texas Chapter of ABC announced today they have filed a joint lawsuit with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Texas challenging the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) ambush election final rule issued Dec. 12, 2014. The legal challenge was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. The Texas office of Littler Mendelson, P.C., ABC’s general counsel, will represent ABC of Texas, the Central Texas Chapter of ABC and NFIB Texas in the case.

ABC Chooses Fringe Benefit Group as Strategic Partner for Ethics and Compliance

Washington, D.C. – Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and Fringe Benefit Group, an industry leader in the design, implementation and administration of health and retirement plans for contractors, today announced they have signed a strategic partnership agreement.
