The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking comments on the potential use of project labor agreements (PLAs) for two projects: an aircraft maintenance hangar upgrade at the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and the submarine production support facility in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Responses to both NAVFAC surveys must be submitted to Ann Saki-Eli, ann.sakieli@navy.mil, no later than 3 p.m. (ET) on July 18. 

Responses to the USACE survey must be submitted to Sandi Fletcher, Sandra.G.Fletcher@usace.army.mil, no later than 4 p.m. (ET) on July 16.
