The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Sept. 28 announced it added four new OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Centers in addition to renewing 24 existing centers. Among the renewed centers is the Mid-America OTI Education Center out of Springboro, Ohio, which is affiliated with the ABC Ohio Valley Chapter.

The web chat was part of an OSHA outreach effort to discuss its strategic plan, which is supposed to take effect Sept. 30 and be in place until October 2016.

OSHA has updated the variance procedures portion of its website to include both approved and denied variance requests.
