The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking comments on the potential use of project labor agreements (PLAs) for two projects: an aircraft maintenance hangar upgrade at the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and the submarine production support facility in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) also issued a survey for the potential use of a PLA for dredging and deepening the main channel of the Delaware River in Philadelphia, Penn

Responses to both NAVFAC surveys must be submitted to Ann Saki-Eli, [email protected], no later than 3 p.m. (ET) on July 18. 

Responses to the USACE survey must be submitted to Sandi Fletcher, [email protected], no later than 4 p.m. (ET) on July 16.
