The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Wage and Hour Division (WHD) announced a series of prevailing wage seminars for 2014 that will allow attendees to learn more about the Davis-Bacon Act, the process of obtaining wage determinations and adding classifications, how to comply, the process of appealing wage rates and more.
The seminars will take place in the following cities:
- Manchester, N.H. - March 4-6
- Phoenix, Az. - March 18-20
- Chicago, Ill. - April 1-3
- San Diego, Calif. - April 22-24
- Houston, Texas - May 7-9
- Atlanta, Ga. - June 3-5
