ABC recently drafted a letter highlighting its concerns with President Biden’s recently announced Feb. 4 Executive Order 14063, which imposes government-mandated project labor agreements on federal construction projects of $35 million or more. ABC members are encouraged to sign on to the letter to the Biden administration, which will be sent to the White House this month.
The letter expresses opposition to Biden administration policies which push PLAs mandates and preferences on both direct federal construction contracts and federally assisted contracts procured by state and local governments.
ABC members and their employees deserve a voice and an opportunity to participate in these critical infrastructure and other federally funded projects.
