The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has issued two surveys soliciting comments from the construction industry on the potential use of project labor agreements (PLA) on projects in Illinois and Nevada.
Responses to the survey for the
Scott Air Force Base Visiting Quarters project are
due Dec. 2 and should be sent to
[email protected] no later than 10 a.m. (ET).
The second survey for
Nevada’s Nellis Air Force Base Hangar is
due Dec. 12 and must be sent to
[email protected] no later than 10 a.m. (PT).
ABC National has taken the opportunity to respond to all PLA surveys as they are issued and encourages its members to do the same. For assistance with responding to the survey, contact ABC’s Director of Federal Procurement and Labor Affairs Ben Brubeck,
