Can’t make it to ABC's Workforce Conference in Florida next month? Send one of your employees instead and they can learn more about best practices in the industry, network with their peers throughout the country and bring back information to implement in the office or in the field. The conference will take place March 3-6 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and offers sessions for employees of all levels with a focus on education for mechanical and electrical contractors, business and project managers, safety professionals and workforce development professionals.

In addition, the conference offers ample opportunity to meet and collaborate with others in the industry from different markets and geographical regions. Plus, attendees get to hear from “Cheers” actor, John Ratzenberger, who worked as a journeyman carpenter before his days on-screen.

During the week, attendees can also cheer on and meet the 2015 National Craft Championship competitors and get to know some of the best craft apprentices and trainees in the country.

Make sure to check out the full list of education sessions and the complete agenda on workforce.abc.org.
