STEP Platinum and Diamond recipients that would like to participate in the 2014 Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) Construction Industry Safety Excellence (CISE) awards must submit their applications to ABC by July 7. The CISE award acknowledges construction firms that excel in safety performance. Firms that have effectively executed CURTs standard of safety will also be nationally recognized. Visit CURT’s website for specific instructions and applications. Once submitted to ABC, representatives from ABC’s National Environment, Health & Safety Committee will review all applications and select the most qualified in each category to forward on to CURT for consideration. Applicants may also apply directly to CURT; however, CURT strongly suggests that a local users council or affiliated organization, such as ABC, review and endorse the application prior to submission. For more information on the CISE awards and to submit an application, contact Chris Williams at [email protected].
