The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting comments from the federal construction community about the potential requirement of a project labor agreement on the Edwards Air Force Base project in California and for large-scale federal construction contracts in South Carolina. The USACE Los Angeles District is requesting survey responses for the federal design-build project in California. To review the survey and respond, click here. Responses should be submitted by March 3 and can be submitted to Lucia Carvajal, [email protected]. In addition, the USACE Charleston District issued a survey for non-specific federal construction projects. More information is available here. Surveys should be completed by Feb. 20 and sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. Please note that if you responded to the USACE Charleston’s PLA survey in January for projects at Fort Jackson, SC, (Sources Sought Announcement W912HP-15-S-0004), you do not need to respond to this survey.
