Encouraging the young professionals in your organization to grow both professionally and personally can have a major impact on your overall business. During ABC's Leadership Development Track, Nov. 11-12, in San Diego, Calif., young professionals in your company will learn the skills needed to become leaders and team players and to communicate effectively with your clients and other industry professionals.

The education sessions offered on leadership development and professional skills will be presented by Brent Darnell, a best-selling author who was named one of Engineering News-Record's Top 25 Newsmakers. Sessions will cover the following topics:

  • Building a Foundation for Your Future
  • 12 Steps to Great Relationships
  • Communicate, Motivate, Persuade, and Present: How do people perceive you?
  • Throw Away the Box and Inspire Genius and Innovation in Your Organization   

In addition to the education sessions, young professionals are invited to a private networking happy hour on Nov. 10. In addition, they can attend an overall networking reception with all conference attendees Nov. 11, which will include industry executives nationwide.
