The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville, Mobile, Sacramento and St. Louis Districts are requesting responses from the construction industry about the potential use of government-mandated project labor agreements (PLAs) on four large-scale federal projects. The USACE Louisville District is soliciting comments on a museum hangar project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The USACE Mobile District has released a survey requesting feedback about a potential PLA for a project including dredging coastal and inland waterways in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. The Sacramento District issued a survey for the two phases of design and construction of a new Advanced Individual Training Barracks located at the Presidio of Monterey, Calif.
